Nellie Mae Tessneer

SHELBY- Mrs. Nellie Mae Tessneer, 91, of 208 Caleb Road, died Mon., May 31, 2010 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late James and Sarah Byers Morrow. She retired after 30 years of service with Nu-Way Cleaners. She enjoyed attending Shelby Freewill Baptist Church.
SURVIVED: She is survived by her daughter Betty Cannon and her husband Donald; a son James Tessneer, all of Shelby; a sister Bessie Smith of Fallston; 13 grandchildren; and many great and great-great grandchildren.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends, Wednesday, June 2, 2010, from 6-7:30pm, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home.
SERVICES: Services will be held, Thursday, June 2, 2010, 3pm, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel.
BURIAL: Burial will immediately follow in Sunset Cemetery.
