Nicole Huskey

SHELBY: Nicoletta “Nicole” Ferdin Huskey, 54, died Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Bethany Woods Nursing Center in Albemerle. A native of Germany, she was the daughter of the late Gunther and Helga Hahn Ferdin. Nichole enjoyed shopping, cooking and her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Huskey of the home; daughters, Jessica Liles and husband Austin of Albemarle, Yaminah Huskey of Shelby and Daniela Huskey of Boiling Springs; son, Kenneth Huskey Jr. and wife Shay of Boiling Springs; sister, Nicol Clements of VA; brother, Thorston Ferdin of Germany; and grandchildren, Ka’Leigh, Allie, Cassidy, Jackson, K.J., Ella and King. Funeral services will be held 2pm, Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Stroup officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
