SHELBY- Mrs. Pansy Craft, 87 of 1101 N. Morgan Street, passed away Saturday October 20, 2012 at Peak Resources in Shelby. A native of St. Petersburg, FL, she was born March 7, 1925, daughter of the late Jack and Edna Manley Phillips. She was a long time member of Calvary Baptist Church in Shelby where she served in the women’s ministry and a Sunday school teacher.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt Samuel Craft, and one son, Robert Samuel Craft.

SURVIVORS: She is survived by two sons, Phil Craft and wife Faye and Tim Craft all of Shelby; one grandson, Chris Craft and wife Lisa of Oak Ridge, NC; two great grandchildren, Adam and Sydney Craft.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby.

FUNERAL: The funeral will be held at 4:00 pm Monday at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby.

INTERMENT: Burial will follow service at Sunset Cemetery.

CLERGY: Rev. Tony Sisk will officiate.
