Patricia Ellis

July 7, 1939 — April 9, 2014

SHELBY-Patricia Whisnant Ellis, 74, of College Ave., died Wed., April 9, 2014, at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Lorene Hardin Whisnant. She retired from Kemit Electronics and was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church. She will be remembered for her faithfulness and love for her Lord and family.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Donald Ellis.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving daughters, Nicki Huntsinger and husband Rev. Douglas of Elgin, SC, and Jodi Parker of Shelby; two sisters, Billie Hamrick of N. August, GA., and Beth Stewart of Shelby; four grandchildren, Erika and Kyle Huntsinger, Jake and Luke Parker.

SERVICES: Saturday, 11AM, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel

VISITATION: The family will receive friends Saturday, 9:30-11AM, at the funeral home, and other times at the home of her daughter, Jodi, 3009 Downing St., Shelby

BURIAL: Sharon United Methodist Church Cemetery
