Patricia Hobart

SHELBY- Pat Hobart, 88, died Sunday November 27, 2016 at her home. She was born in Ohio to the late Arthur William and Florence Louise Horlacher Paul. She was a loving wife and mother. Family and church was first and foremost in her life with family coming first. She loved to cook and was very active in her church, being involved in many church related activities. She loved to garden and do yard work.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David, the love of her life whom she was married to for 64 years; and one granddaughter.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her son, Sean Hobart and wife Colleen of Kings Mountain; daughters Cathleen Webb of Shelby, Kimberly Glenn and husband Gary of Columbia, SC, Heather Dover and husband Buster of Shelby and Lydia Myrick and husband Scott of Indian Land, SC; grandchildren Stephen, Erin, Carter, Jacob, Emily, Luke, Ella rose, Michael and Evelyn as well as several nephews.

FUNERAL MASS: A private family funeral mass will be held at St. Mary Help of Christian Parrish Catholic Church, Shelby, NC
