SHELBY: Patricia Carter Panther, 81, died Saturday, March 26,2022, at Testa Family Hospice House.
A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Boyd and Mable Hayes Carter.
Patricia was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed reading and dancing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Carter.
She is survived by her sons, James Lynn Panther of Shelby, and Dr. Randy Panther and wife Chelsea of San Antonio; daughter, Mona Spivey and husband Jeff of Lawndale; grandchildren, Jennifer Hyde, Elizabeth Panther, Abigail Panther Madeline Panther and Josh and Zach Trivett; great grandchildren, Ally and McKenzie; and great great grandchild, under great great grandchildren, Myles Price and Cooper Heavner
The family will receive friends from 1-2pm, Tuesday, March 29,2022, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home.
