SHELBY- Mr. Randy Lewis McSwain, 49, of 1021 S. Patterson St., Shelby, died Friday, October 26, 2007 in Gaffney, SC. A native of Cleveland County, he was a son of the late Evans Yates and Nellie Ree Thrift McSwain.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jessie McSwain.
SURVIVORS: He is survived by a daughter, Lavhonda Merced of Shelby; three sisters, Joyce Hamrick and husband, J.Y. of Blacksburg, SC, and Emily Bridges and Janice McSwain, both of Cliffside; and four grandchildren.
FUNERAL: The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel.
BURIAL: Burial will follow in House of Prayer Church Cemetery
OFFICIATING CLERGY: Rev. Clyde Price
