SHELBY- Mrs. Ruby Berlene Clark Cooper, 89, of 1427 Stone Gate Lane, died Thursday, June 22, 2006 at Crawley Memorial Hospital.
FUNERAL: A graveside service will be held today, Friday, June 23, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Cemetery.
BURIAL: Sunset Cemetery
PERSONAL HISTORY: Born in Cleveland County, she was a member at Aldersgate United Methodist Church and was retired from the Lily Mill.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Samuel Cooper Sr., a daughter, Betty Sue Hardin and a grandson, Jeffrey Cooper.
SURVIVORS: She is survived by two sons and their wives, Russell “Sam” Cooper Jr. and Denise of Shelby and Robert Eugene Richards and Jean of Atlanta, two grandsons, Jonathan Cooper and wife, Jackie of Charlotte, and Todd Richards of Atlanta, two granddaughters, Betty Hardin of Shelby and Lisa Richards of Atlanta and six great grandchildren.

MEMORIALS: Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1207 W. Dixon Blvd., Shelby, NC 28152.
