FUNERAL: 2:00 P.M., Wednesday at Bethel Baptist Church
BURIAL: Cleveland Memorial Park
VISITATION: from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m., Tuesday (tonight) at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home and other times at the home.
LIE IN STATE: The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes before the service
PERSONAL HISTORY: Born in Cleveland County to Tim Washburn of Shelby and Denise Washburn Stillwell of Boiling Springs. He worked in the construction industry. Ryan was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was a gifted, self-taught guitarist, and enjoyed playing baseball and soccer.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Grandfathers, Ray Meyer and J.C. Horne
SURVIVORS: He is survived by his father Tim Washburn of Shelby; his mother, Denise Washburn Stillwell and her husband, Elwin of the home; great-grandmother, Doris Moore of Blacksburg; grandmother, Margie M. Horne of Shelby; grandparents, Carl and Melinda Washburn of Shelby and Norma and Jerry Fuller of Hamilton, OH, brother, Nick Washburn; and sisters, Natasha and Kaitlyn Washburn, all of the home.
