Sam Davis

SHELBY: Sam Davis, 85, died Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at Wendover Hospice. He was the son of the late Henry and Nora Davis of Cliffside. Sam was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church and an avid banjo player. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. He is survived by his wife, Fran Davis; son, Joey Davis (Kim) of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren, Jordan Fleming and Megan Fleming; great-grandson, Logan Pack; and several nieces and nephews.
