She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Charlotte Michael Shackelford.
Sandra was passionate about the Lord and Loved her children and family.
She is survived by her daughters, Eddeana Davis and husband Christopher, Andrea Freeman, Jennifer Cha and husband Michael; son, Ulysses Freeman; several grandchildren and one great grandchild;
siblings, Janice, Loraine, Patricia and Vance.
