Sarah Davis

August 13, 1931 — February 19, 2014

SHELBY- Sarah Davis, 82, died Wed., Feb. 19, 2014 at Hospice at Wendover. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillie Greenway Abrams. She enjoyed oil painting and quilting, and was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Davis; son, Phillip Condrey; sisters, Virl Waldrop and Melba Burgess.


SURVIVED: She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Brackett and husband Robert of Shelby; brother, Jimmy Abrams; grandchildren, Jaime Gipson and fiancé Doug Dawson of Kings Mountain, Steve Brackett and wife Leann of Shelby; great-grandchildren, Amber and Brent Gipson, Steven Brackett; step-great-grandchildren, Lee and Randy Eubanks.

SERVICES: Saturday, 1PM, at Northside Baptist Church

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the church

CLERGY: Rev. Neal Efird

BURIAL: Cliffside Cemetery

MEMORIALS: Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Dr., Shelby, NC 28150
