Sheila Berry

POLKVILLE- Mrs. Sheila Philbeck Berry, 65, of 4201 Polkville Rd., died Sun., Feb. 19th, 2012 at Carolina’s Medical Center in Charlotte. A native of Cleveland Co. she was the daughter of the late Shorty and Ruth Williams Williams. She attended Cleveland Community College where she got certified as a CNAII. She was a member of Calvary’s Cross Baptist Church.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her fist husband, Robert Philbeck; brother, Ken Williams; and special niece Pam Smith.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her husband, Vern Berry of the home; son, Steve Philbeck of Shelby; daughter, Robin Philbeck Parker and husband Jeff of Lawndale; three step children, Jay and Tony Berry, and Jo Humphries; two sisters, Gloria Jones of Shelby and Helen Schronce of Cherryville; brother, Mason Williams and wife Jean of Shelby; seven grandchildren, Taylor Philbeck, Tyler Philbeck, Blair Philbeck, Fallon Parris, Raven Martin, Kailyn Martin, Alexis Parker; and special great niece and nephew, Brooke and Bronson Smith.

SERVICES: 2:00pm, Thursday, at Calvary’s Cross Baptist Church

VISITATION: 6-8:00pm, Wednesday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, and other times at her home.

BURIAL: Burial will immediately follow in Faith Baptist Church Cemetery
