Steve Davis

SHELBY: Steve Davis, 73, died Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Peak Resources of Shelby. He was the son of the late Jesse and Geneva Davis. Steve was a volunteer fireman with Waco Fire Department for many years, he loved playing soft ball and was an umpire for Shelby City Park. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Missy Hamrick; brother, Ray Davis; and sister, Judy Hess. He is survived by his son, Tim Davis and wife Samantha of Boiling Springs; sister, Debbie Parson of Shelby; brother, Randy Davis and wife Cheri of Shelby; grandchildren, Ethan and Stevie Davis; and great-grandchildren, Elijah Morton, Colton Davis, and Ella Davis. The family will have a drop-in memorial 2:00 PM to 4:00PM Saturday, November 11, 2023 at their home.
