Steven Braswell

GASTONIA-Steven Jennings “Stone Cold” Braswell, 44, died Wed., Jan. 27, 2016, at CaroMont Health in Gastonia. A native of Gaston County, he is the son of Patsy Ann Lang of Gastonia, and the late Timothy Forrest Braswell. He worked as an electrician, and was an active member of the McAdenville Christmas Lights. He was a very loving brother, son, and father.

SURVIVED: In addition to his mothers, he is survived by his wife, Crystal Braswell, of the home; sons, Nathan Kale Braswell of Kings Mountain, and Tylor Jacob Lee Mathis of Bessemer City; daughters, Stephanie Joanne Linette Reali and husband Frank of Dallas, NC, Brittany Duncan and husband Alfred of Gastonia, Taylor Jade Mathis of Kings Mountain, Lindsey Christine Braswell and Joshua Reynolds of Kings Mountain, Amber Rose Braswell and Jeremy Reynolds of Grover, Alyssa Katelyn Braswell of Kings Mountain, Thaylor Ann Marie Pilkington of Gastonia; sister, Angie Gault and husband Tripp of Kings Mountain; brother, Jeffery Jabo Eaker and wife Sonia of Gastonia; grandson, Christan; granddaughters, Carey, Francesca, Dayzee, Lilly, and Scarlett; nephews, Timmy Eaker of Gastonia, Brandon Meeks and Timothy Bolen, both of Kings Mountain; nieces, Cheyanne Gault of Kings Mountain, and Makenzie Eaker of Gastonia; step-father, Gene Eaker of Gastonia; and special friends, Peggy Queen of Gastonia, and Frances Davidson.

FUENRAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 3pm, at Westover Baptist Church in Kings

VISITATION: The family will receive friends Monday, 6-8pm, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Kings Mountain, and other times at 104 Wilson Acres Dr. Kings Mountain

BURIAL: will follow in Mountain Rest Cemetery

CLERGY: Rev. Kevin Whittington will officiate
