Suzy Lowrance

SHELBY-Suzy Lowrance, 57, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Carolinas Healthcare System-Cleveland. A native of Cleveland County, she is the daughter of Dean Patterson and wife Joann of Shelby, and the late Mary Ann Camp Patterson. She attended New Life Outreach Church, enjoyed crocheting, canning, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren and family. She worked for Magnolia Finishing in Blacksburg.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Roger Lowrance, of the home; daughter, Amy Buff and husband Eric of Earl; brother, Rodney Patterson and wife Corina of Shelby; grandchildren, Joel, Eliza, and Allyson Buff; mother-in-law, Aileen Glenn of Shelby; sisters-in-law, Dianne Whisnant and husband John of Shelby, and Teresa Brooks of Spartanburg; nieces and nephews, Jason Patterson and wife Angela, Jeff Patterson and wife Amy, Jennifer Howell and husband Jimmy, and Mark Lee and wife Debra; and her canine companion, Bella Rose.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends 6-7:30pm, Friday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, and other times at each family’s respective home.

FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held 2pm, Saturday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel

OFFICIATING: Rev. Jerry Owens will officiate

BURIAL: Will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park
