Sybil Hardin

May 17, 1921 — June 18, 2013

SHELBY – Mrs. Sybil Louise Capps Camp Hardin, 92, of 3309 Polkville Rd., died Tues. June 18, 2013, at home. A native of Oconee County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Sloan and Myrtle Graham Capps. She worked in textiles for 44 years, loved flowers, and was a member of Lily Memorial Baptist Church.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Albert Camp and Carl Hardin; brothers, Garwood, Henery and Lester Capps; sisters, Bertha Mauney, Elizabeth Brown, and Mildred Rochester.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her niece and caregiver, Shirley Drewery of Shelby; 18 other nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Joe Wray. The family would like to thank Sherry, Debbie, Pat, Betty, and Stacy with Hospice of Cleveland County, for all their love and care.

SERVICES: 3PM, Thursday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel

VISITATION: The family will receive friends Thursday, 1:30-3PM, at the funeral home.
