BOILING SPRINGS – Mr. Terry Delane Bowman, 51, of 129 Gordon Ave., died Thursday, November 13, 2008 at home. A native of Cleveland County, he was a son of Mabry Bowman and wife, Jean, of Shelby and the late Margie McKee. He was employed with Cleveland County Schools in the bus garage and was a self-employed painter. He was also a member of Boiling Springs Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: In addition to his father & stepmother, he is survived by his wife, Amy Harris Bowman; a son, Patrick Clay Bowman; and a daughter, Katy Melinda Bowman all of the home; three brothers, Randy Bowman and wife, Sherrie, Mark Bowman and wife, Carol, and Scott Bowman and wife, Sheila, all of Shelby; mother-in-law, Virginia H. Harris of Boiling Springs; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tom and Traci Harris of Shelby; and many special nieces, nephews and close friends.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2008 at Boiling Springs Baptist Church Sanctuary and at other times at the home as well as at the home of Mabry and Jean Bowman, 910 Sam Lattimore Rd., Shelby
FUNERAL: The funeral will follow at Boiling Springs Baptist Church at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2008.
INTERMENT: A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 17, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Cleveland Memorial Park.
