SHELBY-Frances Velle Davis Packard, 95, died Saturday, Oct 22, 2016, at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center. A native of Cherokee Co., SC, she was the daughter to the late John Garland and Mittie Jane Ruppe Davis. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fields O. Packard; brother, Flay Davis; sister, Hazel Bland; niece, Nina Jones; and nephew, Morgan Earp
SURVIVED: She is survived by her nephew, John Davis of Gaffney; and great-nephew, John Davis and wife Toni of Spartanburg
VISITATION: The family will receive friends following the graveside service, in the cemetery
GRAVESIDE SERVICES: Graveside services will be held 11am, Tuesday, at Frederick Memorial Gardens in Gaffney.
OFFICIATING: The Rev. Tony Tench will officiate
FUNERAL HOME: Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby
