Vina Causby

SHELBY- Vina Marlowe Causby , 91, died Thurs., Feb. 16, 2017, at Carolinas Healthcare System-Cleveland. A native of Lumpkin County, GA., she was the daughter of the late Jonas Franklin and Fannie Collins Marlowe.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Causby; brothers, Frank and Jeff Marlowe; and sister, Velma Barrett.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her sons, Donald Causby and Chris Causby, both of Shelby; daughter, Debbie Mayo and husband Richard of Bonifay, Fla.; brothers, Robert Marlowe and wife Diane of Gastonia, Charles Marlowe and wife Virginia, and Eddie Marlowe, all of Shelby; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the Kingdom Hall.

FUNERAL SERVICES: A memorial service will be held 3pm, Saturday, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses
