KINGS MOUNTAIN: William Mason Clinton, born on April 28, 1973, in Gaston County, passed away on April 6, 2025, in Cleveland County, at the age of 51.
Remembered fondly as a dependable friend and loving son, William was known for his generous spirit, always willing to help others in need. His compassion and warmth touched the lives of many, and he was always ready to lend a hand or offer support.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley May Winstead; step-mother, Marietta Clinton; two brothers, Wayne Clinton and Randall Clinton; and a sister, Gloria Clinton.
He is survived by his father, David Clinton; his aunt and uncle, Johnny and Doris Winstead; a step-brother, Ron Shuler; and a cousin, Melissa Winstead. Their memories of him will be cherished forever.
William will be deeply missed by all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and generosity.
